It has a 5-speed manual transmission and approximately 11 liters of fuel tank capacity. So you can enjoy every terrain ride hassle-free.
Its seat height is the only thing that could disappoint some short and medium riders. The Honda XR650L seat height is 940 mm, but you can lower it by modifying it.
I’m 5′ 10″ tall and don’t face much issue touching the ground; however, it could be tricky if your height is below 5′ 7″.
